Rude Awakening Records is excited to announce their latest signing: SALEM UK, a band featuring veteran musicians from the English hard rock and heavy metal scene. Originally active during the days of the NWOBHM (New Wave of British Heavy Metal), Salem made their mark with three demos before disbanding. Now, decades later, Salem UK is back, with original members Adrian Jenkinson and Simon Saxby joined by new members Jonny Hirons and Dan Ellis. Together, they are ready to deliver a powerful Hard n' Heavy full-length album by the end of 2024.


The band came back with the album "Win, Lose or Draw" in 2019, and five years later, they’ve written a brand new concept album, details of which will be revealed soon. This release marks an exciting milestone for Rude Awakening Records, as SALEM UK becomes the first classic band to join its roster.

The band hails from South Wales and are set to release their new single "Treat Me Like An Animal" next Friday, November 4th. The track is one of three singles set for release over the next few months before releasing an EP early next year. "Treat Me Like An Animal", an energetic and upbeat rock anthem, is a light-hearted look at being in a bad relationship. The song was recorded at Unit 13 in Tredegar by local producer Tom Williams and mastered by Chris Peet at North House Studio in Ebbw Vale. The Black Vultures are an amalgamation of the quartet's favourite bands: Black Sabbath and Them Crooked Vultures. Eclipse Records News: IN WE FALL signs exclusive worldwide deal with the legendary Metal Label

An alternative metal band from Vila Real, Portugal, In We Fall, is known for creating a distinct and exotic sound through a mixture of alternative metal, progressive metal, and grunge. The band recently finished recording their debut full-length album entitled Inner Self which will be released on December 13, 2024. EP Review: Saint Diablo Embraces the past on "The Reckoning"

  Words from Anselm Anderson Nu-Metal is making a return with a bang. The latest band to embrace the genre that mixed down-tuned guitars with mixing desks and aggressive vocals about personal struggles and social anxieties is Virginia-based sextet,  Saint Diablo. Today, the Latin Americans release their latest four-track EP 'The Reckoning' via Eclipse Records.  The band consists of lead vocalist Tito Quinones, guitarist Justin Adams, bassist Zach San Pietro, drummer Anthony San Pietro, and percussionist Awesome Ray Ray. It has released two full releases to date, including 2015's critically -acclaimed Devils, Horns and Halos. The Reckoning  is no exception as the band delivers four sizzling tracks of apoplectic rage, thunderous riffs and catchy choruses to set themselves loose on the metal world.
