Today, Nashville’s country rockers Cody Parks and the Dirty South officially signed with Frontiers Label Group via BLKIIBLK . To mark the occasion, the band dropped their new single “Snake Shaker.” This continues a streak of impressive signings by the label since its inception last year, following the acquisitions of Megadeth , Cro-Mags, and Biohazard. The sequel to last year's LIVE IN NYC- 50th Anniversary  is released today (9th August) with the second night of the three-night celebrations of a career spanned over five decades. In September 2022, the band performed their second album, Tyranny and Mutations, in its entirety at a sold-out show in Sony Hall, New York City. I have been a fan of this group for a while, ever since the release of their album 'Power Crazy' in 2019. They are part of the NWOCR genre, which includes other bands such as Thundermother, Massive Wagons, The Lazys, and many more. These bands typically produce defiant and anthemic rock tracks with influences from legendary bands like AC/DC, Thin Lizzy, and Led Zeppelin.
